Joining Aggie’s biohacking challenge changed my life because it helped me introduce many new healthy habits into my daily routine, especially when it comes to eating habits, for example to start a meal with savoury foods or vinegar and sweet foods come last... I was also grateful for the booklet with the skincare information. Biohacking is something Aggie has been doing it for years obviously and I am happy that she shares all her knowledge. I took part in two challenges so far and every time I learned lots of new stuff, so I guess the next challenge will be awesome, too.
Aggie bio hacking challenge was a wave of fresh air to my already healthy routine. I really enjoyed the team spirit and the community as well as very informative emails including healthy tips (some of which I stick to until now)!
